About Kingdom Leadership Global
Kingdom Leadership Global is a Christ-centred leadership platform for the marketplace. We equip business owners, executives, and emerging leaders to run their work on the Kingdom Operating System: following the way of Jesus in everyday decisions about people, money, and mission. KLG brings mentors together around one shared Kingdom foundation, with each mentor leading their own program — forming leaders whose faith shows up on Monday.

the mentorship lineage
The men who mentored me, now mentoring through KLG.
Before KLG became a platform, Kervin Raugust and Greg Grunau were mentors to Tae Ho — alongside Dr. Henry Shore — as Tae Ho tells in Before I Knew His Name. Their wisdom shaped his faith, life, and work. This faculty begins with lineage, not recruitment. KLG is Tae Ho’s way of repaying the debt of mentorship: giving the men who invested in him a platform for their own programs, their own students, and the next generation of Kingdom leaders. Dr. Shore is honoured as part of that formative story; Kervin and Greg now carry the lineage forward through KLG.

Taeho Style
Tae Ho (Taeho Style) is the founder of Kingdom Leadership Global and specializes in Christ in the marketplace. He teaches the Kingdom Operating System from his book After Knowing His Name: Kingdom Portfolio Managers steward five Kingdom Assets — God, Relationships, Health, Knowledge, and Money — and trade them upward, to and for God. R.E.S.P.O.N.D. names the Seven Kairos Moves for deciding and acting faithfully in God-appointed moments. He built Musicworks Canada from one school into a 21-location national franchise and leads the TS Group family of businesses.
