What Is the Purpose of the Application?
The application exists to support discernment — not selection based on merit or performance.
Kingdom Leadership Global uses a written application process to ensure alignment, readiness, and appropriate stewardship for both the applicant and the formation process. This helps protect the seriousness, integrity, and effectiveness of the coaching relationship.
Who Should Apply?
You should consider applying if:
- You sense that God has entrusted you with influence, responsibility, or opportunity
- You desire clarity regarding stewardship and obedience
- You are prepared for accountability and disciplined reflection
- You understand that formation requires time, honesty, and commitment
If you are seeking quick answers, motivation, or life coaching, this process may not be appropriate at this time.
How Long Should My Responses Be?
There is no required length.
Clear, thoughtful, and honest responses are more important than polished writing. Applicants are encouraged to answer fully, but without exaggeration or performance.
How Is the Application Reviewed?
Each application is reviewed prayerfully and intentionally. Decisions are based on:
- Alignment with the purpose of Kingdom Leadership Global
- Readiness for leadership formation
- Capacity to engage responsibly in the process
Not all applications are accepted.
Is Coaching Guaranteed If I Apply?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Acceptance is based on discernment, alignment, and season. A decision not to proceed reflects fit and timing, not value or worth.
Can I Apply Again in the Future?
Yes. Circumstances, seasons, and readiness change over time. Applicants who are not accepted may apply again at a later date if circumstances meaningfully change.
Do You Offer Consultations or Calls Before Applying?
No. All coaching inquiries begin with the written application. This ensures clarity, fairness, and intentionality throughout the process.
How Will I Be Contacted After Applying?
All communication takes place by email. Applicants will receive confirmation of application receipt and will be contacted if next steps are required.
