Sessions are confidential and structured around:

The emphasis is on formation rather than instruction.
How Long Is the Coaching Engagement?
Coaching engagements are fixed‑term:
- 3 months
- 6 months
Each engagement includes scheduled 1‑on‑1 sessions and guided reflection work.
What Results Can I Expect?
Kingdom Leadership Global does not promise specific outcomes.
Participants may experience:

Is This Coaching Confidential?

Does Coaching Replace Pastoral Care or Counseling?
No. Kingdom Leadership Coaching does not replace pastoral care, therapy, or professional counseling. Participants are encouraged to maintain appropriate support systems outside the coaching relationship.
Why Is Coaching Application Based?
Leadership formation requires readiness and alignment. The application ensures that participants are entering the process responsibly and with appropriate expectations.
What If I Decide the Process Is Not Right for Me?
